Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy To confirm your lesson, a 200,000 IDR deposit is required. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your lesson and secures your instructor, date, and time. Cancellation Policy We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if the instructor arrives and the student is absent, the deposit will be used to compensate the instructor. A new deposit will be required to reschedule. Surf Lesson Expiry Policy All booked surf lessons will expire two months from the booking date and are non-refundable. However, the lesson can be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. Surfboard Damage Policy If a surfboard sustains minor dings or damage, SUKO SURF will cover the repair costs. If the surfboard is broken in half or requires full replacement, the student accepts full financial responsibility for the damage. Indemnity Declaration I and/or my dependent wish to participate in a SUKO SURF activity as indicated on this registration form. I understand that SUKO SURF takes all possible precautions but will not be held liable for any injury to our person or property. I acknowledge that this activity takes place in an environment influenced by natural elements; therefore, my dependent and I will abide by all safety instructions provided by SUKO SURF staff. Agreement to Terms By booking, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all of the above policies.
